Great place to live, maintenance is fast, nice, and super helpful. Lots of great amenities and floorplans, plenty of parking. Once you live here, it's 5/5. However, it's pretty difficult to get here. The office is staffed by people that don't actually care. You'll have to keep coming to them and calling them over and over if you want to live here, and they will try to tell you you can't talk to the regional manager when she comes around. If I was to rate the office staff, I'd say 2/5, only because they are generally in office and they act nice.

Just moved in and while I had high hopes, I am now very disappointed. When arrived from out of town weeks ago, I asked to tour the property to see units first hand. I was told they had absolutely no vacancies except 1 and it was being worked on so couldn't show me. I looked at floor plan and photos. The next day after returning home, I decided to Apply and subsequently signed a lease 24 hours later. Last week, I was back in Gainesville so stopped by to see the apartment I would be moving in to. Again I was told it was not ready so I couldn't see anything. I asked about stairs and how many flights up it is and I was told on 3rd floor with no elevators. It actually ended up being 4 FLIGHTS of stairs! Moving was a daunting task going up all of those stairs. Not to mention that when I picked up my keys, Croix directed me to '3rd building on the left' and it was actually the last building on the right!! My son kept getting out of the van and running up 4 flights of stairs to see if our apt number was there until we found it. Thanks so much! Anyways, I cannot believe all of the things wrong in the unit. What were they actually doing in there those times that they couldn't show it if not.making repairs? Tile and cabinet is broken, pen scribbling all over Cabinets, carpet not laid properly in one room.....oh, and NO granite at all! I was told the apartment had granite countertops but it is faux as in Formica with granite coloring. I have sent an.email to Croix so will see if things get any better from here but so far seriously aggravated!!

I don't live in this complex, but I stopped by earlier this morning with interest in leasing a 1/1 apartment. The woman at the front desk did not introduce herself and gave me attitude when I was inquiring about the complex. Also, she was rude to other staff members in my presence. I called later on and a Cara or Kiera (couldn't really hear her) answered the phone, so I presume that's whom I spoke with in person. A previous comment mentioned "Croy." She claimed management was "unavailable." I wouldn't recommend to anyone living in a apartment with staff that speak to potential and current residents in this manner. I was notified this morning via text alert at 10am about an available apartment . The apartment is also listed as "available" on their website. Overall, very disappointed with my brief experience with this complex.

Park Lane is an absolutely beautiful property. Croix did an amazing job with helping my boyfriend and I with finding the perfect apartment. The property is well kept, there is plenty of parking, the rent is a great price for what you get and the apartments are gorgeous! Everything from signing a lease to moving in was very easy, with no hassle. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family living in the Gainesville area.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Who ever ever CROY is, she's a disgrace. Truly rude in nature, and unpleasant to say the least. Have never seen such nonchalant service, she's truly a horrible representation of your property and the morals there off. I was seriously planning to signing a year lease here! But that WILL NOT be happening! Surely there has been business lost today!

The worst experience I have ever had. The representative had no sales skills and was extremely rude. I am looking to relocate from Miami. They didn't even have a unit to show. Traffic is horrendous near this area. They will only hold apartments for 2 weeks. The gym was very small and tight with free weights. Units are not as nice as they make it out to be. They claim they are luxury but they are far from that. Parking is terrible, if you are a proffessional you need to consider the traffic and management.

Park Lane is beautiful and quite. Maintenance is timely and the management is friendly. During the summer, bugs/frogs were a bit of a problem and our apartment had lots of silverfish despite the pest control. Also, these apartments are expensive, but you get what you pay for.
