When it comes to management..they really try to get work orders done in a fast, efficient and timely manner....as a overall residential complex the landscape is immaculate. The apartments are spacious...the pool always clean..but the parking...oh boy...seems like nobody likes using their designated parking areas...everyone always uses the uncovered parking spaces leaving guests no place to park...its truly a nightmare...its very unfortunate since this place is very well maintained in everything else.

When it comes to management..they really try to get work orders done in a fast, efficient and timely manner....as a overall residential complex the landscape is immaculate. The apartments are spacious...the pool always clean..but the parking...oh boy...seems like nobody likes using their designated parking areas...everyone always uses the uncovered parking spaces leaving guests no place to park...its truly a pain in the ass...its very unfortunate since this place is very well maintained in everything else.

I've lived here since the beginning of February 2017, and i LOVE it here!!! I live in the townhomes 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. I've had no major problems. Right when we moved in we noticed a few roaches (i'm assuming the people before us weren't very clean) we told the office and they had a bug guy come and spray for us, and after he sprayed I didn't see any bugs after that! Anytime i need maintenance to come and fix something they're so friendly, helpful, and come right away! I would definitely recommend living here. In my opinion, rent is a bit high. But if you live in the townhomes with 4 people, its affordable! I love having a washer and dryer inside my house! This place is also pet friendly and that's always a major plus in my opinion :) I've been to the pool about twice, since i'm not a huge swimming person, but when i do go it's very clean and beautiful! It's super safe over here and no crime. I like that the townhomes get a garage too! I will definitely re-new my lease! If you want to move in, I would talked to Sylvia in the office, shes super nice!!!

I've been here a couple of months and is pleased with the apartment complex. Downsizing was the breaking point for me, but in moving into the apartment there is storage space, very roomy, pet friendly, and (my favorite) A Gas stove! Maintenance has been fast and friendly. Environment is quiet, neighbors are friendly, and the grounds look nice, its a nice setting. Overall I'm pleased from moving into this big city into this apartment complex.
