- No, there is no additional pet fee (your pet doesn't work, and if any damages occur due to the pet the lease agreement states these will be covered by the tenant).
- No I do not charge 1st, last, and a security deposit... that is bananas >.< I too was a renter and with rents as high as they are that is insane.
