When we need something fixed with the apartment the maintenance men have been able to come out either the next day or two/three days once given the request. Everyone is friendly here and such a great place to live. We recommend it to our friends all the time. We signed our lease for another year; we have lived here for two years already.

My family has lived at The Farm for over two years, we have been very satisfied with both management and maintenance staff. The pool is nice and inviting in the summer. Weve only had a couple of maintenance issues, and they were repaired quickly and with no hassle. Cameo in the office is always friendly and helpful. Our only issue is our rent has increased by $20 each time weve renewed our lease, so some residents might eventually be priced out.

I am a current resident, and this being the second apartment complex I have rented from, this is by far the better. I cannot find even a single complaint. The neighbors are very courteous, the maintainance is extremely courteous, and beyond fast to respond. We havent needed them much, but any time we do, they seem to be over soon after hanging up. They constanly go above and beyond and are always friendly. The office staff is incredibly nice and understanding anytime we need them, again, they too go above and beyond. The walls seem to be so thick, we never hear our neighbors at all. Sometimes, its almost as if we arent attached to another apartment. This is a truly great place to live, and I couldnt be happier with it. I see no room for improvement, as everything already seems to be perfect. HIGHLY recommended.

The location is great, they always strive to keep the pool, parking lot, and facilities clean, and the management is easily accessible. You get what you pay for and it is worth it. I have lived here almost two years and the parking is horrible. You can't even park in front of your own building because of how many cars are here or if people have other people over. Only one of management staff that I have met is really nice. Maintenance team is super nice, every time I see them out they are so friendly. My rent also went up the second year I was here. I can not wait to get a house. But on the positive side they are nice apartments and when I moved in it was ready for us as soon as possible, and really quick, which was good for our situation. I really appreciated that.

The apartment flooded four times, the final after a half-hearted attempt to divert the water had been made. Carpet is only replaced once every three floods. Three times I was deferred to the CMC home office to address complaints and three times all was entirely ignored. Finally when I did make it nearly to the end of the lease and was in the process of moving out, the office took it upon themselves with 15 days left on my lease and utilities still in my name to change the locks and prepare it for the next unsuspecting victim. No prorating of a full months rent paid. The office recommended the dead end corporate office again.

The only reason I live in these apartments was because they were the closest thing to work that was available when I was in another state looking for a place to live. These apartments are not terrible, but are extremely overpriced, after I moved in I found way better apartments that were much nicer, bigger, and $100 to $200 dollars less. The water is messed up and every month the water company tries billing me for the water I use and the water the people below me use. The dryer wastes a lot of energy and takes me two full cycles to get clothes dry. The staff are the worst and very rude. Not very personable people. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
