Don't waste your time here. The management says one thing and then takes it back. Also, apparently it's acceptable for the temperature to be 80 degrees inside, with maintenance saying there's nothing they can do. This complex does not care about the comfort of their residents.
This place looks nice initially and then you get to deal with management. Because they dont deal with you. Rude and condescending people. Issues...
This place looks nice initially and then you get to deal with management. Because they dont deal with you. Rude and condescending people. Issues will never get fixed or addressed if you dont stay on top of them and even then its a toss up. The pool is gross and the things that happen in the pool at night are even worse. The management doesnt care. They will tell you to call 911 because they cant manage their on property. We had a sprinkler pipe break in our building on the 3rd floor and flooded the front of our apartment. Lond story short we lived in an apartment under construction for almost a month. The apartments never offered any type of compensation and in fact said they would not be. The gates are often broken. At least one. Back gate was broken again today. This place is so ridiculous. Will be moving as soon as the lease is up. Avoid like the plague.

Love the New Manager !!!. We moved in about 6 months ago and love our apartment. Not only the area, but the price. Around the end of February we heard a New Manager was coming, and we will just love her. Let's say "YES" we all do. She has made everyone fill at home, and wow the activities her and the Team have been doing are great. We have movie and popcorn days every Saturday, Ice cream parties, and even Carter Blood Drive bus on property monthly. It has been a BIG change around the community seeing so many great things happening including the new paint job, and now we are about have Amazon Boxes installed for packages.

I used to live here for 2 years and it was wonderful. There was a mess up with the detached garage we were going to rent and we were told it wouldn't be available until a later date. They decided to give us a more expensive attached garage for the rate of the detached one. Pretty nice thing to do. Nice quiet family friendly community with a good pool and fitness center. A lot of residents hang out by the pool in the summertime. Lots of neighborhoods to walk through and a park is nearby. I would come back and rent again, but the location is too far West for me now.

This is a terrible place to live. Terrible staff with a high turnover rate for managers. Easy to see why, they lie, misinform, and mislead. The fire sprinklers can go off at any time without notice, that's why they require renters insurance, we saw it happen in our building (on the 3rd floor so the lower levels were flooded as well). My motorcycle was stolen from the "gated" community, the cameras don't work and they did nothing to help out or even apologize. They screwed up our lease contract by showing NO DEPOSIT DUE, then on the DAY WE MOVE IN, this junk place makes us resign the contract and pay a $450 deposit. They just tried to keep $85 of that for carpet cleaning, but according to the contract the carpet had to be, "beyond normal wear" which it was definitely not. Also, Dallas misinformed us that we could not have DirecTV, so we had cancel a contract and deal with AT&T which is a whole other nightmare. Don't live here under any circumstances, I implore you vehemently.

I have been living here for 6 months and I absolutely love it. Management has been nothing but helpful and the entire process of moving in went super smooth. Anytime I need something fixed, it has never taken over a 24 hours, usually it is fixed that same day. The complex feels very safe. I have only had one issue with noise and when I called the 24 hour number, someone was able to come deal with it immediately. The amenities have been great as well, I love the gym and pool areas. The only negative I can think of with living here is that I wish there were some trails or a park nearby for me to walk my dog; I get tired of just walking around the complex. If you are willing to drive though then the Trinity Trails are only 15 min away. Overall, this is a great place to live!

I have never seen an apartment community ignore these violations. I wish I had never moved into these apartments. The problem is ongoing now for months. The rent increases every time your lease is up, and they are increasing the fees now. You should just look somewhere else, I know I will in a few months.

I love the email updates along with the newsletters. Having to downsize and move into an apartment was not ideal, but I'm so happy that I chose Constellation Ranch! Awesome floor plan with plenty of space for us.

2 months ago I would have not recommended this place, BUT now I will not only recommend it but say that Tony (new manager) has turned things around completely. You can tell he is here to stay and he is dedicated to making positive changes. I have not had one complaint since he has started. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of and responds to request in a very timely manner. We will now be staying at the apartments instead of leaving like we had planned before the management changed. there is a HUGE difference.

PLEASE DO NOT MOVE IN THESE APTS. From the time we moved in they did not have the carpets cleaned the oven was so burned up inside and dirty the door was broken blinds are broken everything seemed to be wrong in the apartment. My husband went to office and watched the leasing agent write on the file that we were not responsible for these items. Time for move out the carpets were cleaner than when we moved in and so was the apartment. We asked to see the file in which our notes were in regarding the apartment. They said the scanned files in and lost it. Now our neighbor is moving out and they told them they cant go back as far as when they signed the lease to see where their $700 deposit went. They will put everything on your credit and charge you for what is their responsibility. They have gone through at least 5 property managers and a different leasing agent every time you walk in the office. If you want to get screwed over and several thousands of dollars against you then DONT MOVE IN HERE. I am not the only person they are doing this too and it will be done to many more. On top of everything the apartment was growing MOLD and you can hear your neighbor flush its toilet. ABSOLUTLEY THE WORST APARTMENTS I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. Everyone is SO RUDE after you move in.

I have lived at Constellation Ranch for almost a year, and I give this place a good rating. I don't understand why people have given this place a poor review. The office staff has always been friendly and the one minor maintenance issue I had was addressed within 24 hours. The apartments are beautiful inside and out, and are some of the best quality wise in Fort Worth unless you are downtown. The only cons: WALLS ARE VERY THIN and I hear much more than I care to hear, for the price, I expect more insulation from my neighbors. Second Con: not much square footage for the price. More PROS: Well maintained grounds, 24 hr resident only accesable gym, grills throughout the property, lots of open yards space, beautiful property, resident events----overall very pleasurable place to live.

I have lived at constellation ranch for the last 2.5 years through three different managements. I rarely have the spare time to publish reviews online, however the new management at constellation ranch is horrible at customer service, therefore I felt obligated to warn others. It has to be the worst service I have encountered in the last couple of years I have lived in Fort Worth. The complex is in decent shape, no problems with neighbors or theft, but I will not renew my lease next time around. There is no need to pay high rates for bad customer service where down the road there is a newer, nicer, and friendlier complex for a similar rate.

I have lived at Constellation Ranch Apartments for about 6 months, the apartments complex is very nice and clean, the pool is awesome, weight room is decent with 24hr access, all of my neighbors that I have met are nice people. Management was OK when I moved in, however new management is very considerate, polite, and always coming up with creative incentives for the residents to be satisfied. I have not witnessed one crime occur since I moved in. Constellation Ranch Apts. are also the nicest apartments in the area. I am very pleased and comfortable at these apartments!
