We've lived here for 7 years. No complaints at all. The Management and Maintenance staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. Easy access to the freeway, schools and churches. Rent is comparable for Texas.

I've lived here for about two years and I have very little to complain about. Maintenance is quick to help when something breaks or needs replaced. The office staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The only downside that I've found would be the quality of the kitchen cabinets, floors and countertops. They're on the cheap side, but for the price they have rent set at, it's completely understandable. I've loved living here and I highly recommend it.

I absolutely love being a part of the community. The only complaint Ive ever had was the parking, but they enforced parking stickers and it has made a difference. The management team are always friendly and helpful, and anything Ive needed for repairs have been swiftly corrected and solved. They have awesome little community events which are cute and fun. (Halloween party, Thanksgiving party, Easter egg hunts, NFL activities, etc.) I would highly recommend this community to others in the area, and compared to others I have experienced!

I was a single father and they look at that as a problem. Yes I went through a problematic marriage and eventually a divorce while in their apartments. And yes most of that was my own issues. However, I was surprised to find out that instead of thinking of me as someone with problems. They also frequently made comments about my parenting ability as if it was any of their business. And they will treat you like a number not a person.

I visited today and interviewed Rebecca to see if this place was a good fit for my family and I wish I could give more than 5 stars! She could not have been more friendly and knowledgable about every single question I had. She took me and my daughter around the complex and it is incredibly clean and organized. They have events for their residents and you can just tell they really care about their community. She said they spray the entire complex for bugs regularly which is huge for me, deep clean the carpets after every resident, and we ran into a maintenance man who couldn't have been nicer! If you're interested in living here go see for yourself and get on their waiting list! Totally worth it!

Alright, most if not all of these negative reviews are most likely coming from people that dont know what they're talking about. -The staff here has always been great and actually care about helping you.(treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect) -There's hardly anybody trying to leave this complex and chances are they've lived here 3+ years, so obviously that says something. -The maitenance has never given me trouble and are very nice (treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect), our water heater had a leak in the piping and they replaced the whole water heater with a brand new one (not necessary so therefore above and beyond to help us). -Yes the parking is scarce toward the front and middle of the complex but suck it up and walk and dont be lazy, its not that big of a deal. -The water, trash, and sewage bill added to your rent might seem like a lot at first but overtime i've decided they are as fair as they can be, and its not much anyways. -Pest control; when we got the keys we sprayed our own bug spray in the interior perimeter of the apartment and then set off three bug bombs then let the apartment air out after 4 hrs, we have not had an insect issue since we did this when we moved in a year and a half ago. As far as the cost to live here I would highly reccomend this complex.

We have lived here going on 3 years. We have loved them until now and never had any problems. We recently moved into a bigger apartment 6 months ago and have an upstairs neighbor with 2 children. I have my own child and know kids need to play. But my ceiling fans and pictures shake hours on end. I told the office and they had a meeting with him but that was the end of it. He still has no consideration, they okay outside alone constantly (they are 6 and 4) and he doesn't listen. We have had this problem 6 months now. Will not live here again. I recommend talking to Lupe, shes the only one who gets things done.

Lived here for a year and this property's management/owners don't give a crap about customer service. They won't spend a dime on the property. Example the rusted -5 year old ac units around all the buildings. We had our a/c sitting at 80 degrees with three dogs living with us for over a month even after complaining over and over about how hot it was. We were told? "It's august in Texas your on the third floor it's normal." No matter how low we put our old ass thermostat the temp didn't budge and then we got a $300 electric bill!!! I was so pissed I went down to the office and was told once again "its normal." We dealt with our dogs panting 24/7 and we woke up drenched in sweat 2-3 times a night. We had to call the city of Fort Worth to come and do a code compliance check and they made them replace our unit. Things were always falling apart left and right, as well as a huge amount of young kids always running around being Loud with no supervision. Don't waste your time on this dump.

I been living here for 3 months, it's a nice quiet complex, friendly staff, Rebecca is great! No complaints so far, very affordable and great places to eat are nearby. Parking spaces do fill up pretty quickly so if u want a close spot to your apartment, don't leave lol but it's not a big deal!

For the money, this complex is pretty nice. The location is convenient to 820 and I-30, as well as Camp Bowie. Maintenance has always been very swift about conducting repairs, and the grounds are well kept. My only complaints would be the unsupervised kids that like to throw rocks and run around shrieking (that's their parents' fault, though) and that there are several pet owners with large dogs who do not pick up after their pets, even though there are doggy poo bags and bins throughout the complex. Also, there is no night drop box for rent, so you have to slide the checks or money orders under the door, and that is very insecure.

Please please pay attention and do more research on where you're planning on moving your family in. Besides being located in one in of the worst areas of town, the office staff is completely rude and careless. Between Heather and Rebecca, I suggest u speak with Heather. Rebecca is a complete liar with the worst attitude. Heather may not give u all the correct information, but she at least doesn't lie and is more understanding. Coming from a real estate sales agent, please take my advice and do not even bother putting yourself on their waiting list. There seems to not even be one. From January until now, they have cost me over $400+ in fees on my current least due to Rebecca lying and giving false information out. Thankfully, I am not left homeless and have the finances to go to a better apartment complex. If I wouldn't have took it upon myself to call/ keep calling to verify my moving info. I would be out on the street now. Please make sure u look around for other apartments. I was able to find one in a safer and better place that had a apartment with more space, all upgraded appliances for the same price. The drive difference is only 8 minutes. P.S. don't let them leave u homeless as I was going to be. Don't let them LIE and tell u they don't have a property management company either. It is Premier Property Management, just Google them, their phone number is on there.
