This place is honestly the best student housing around. I moved here in January and I absolutely love it. They encourage you to grow, and they love their residents. The resident events are honestly one of the coolest things. And I absolutely love their gym, that you can access and work out at anytime!

This place has got to be one of the worst places to live in Fort Wayne. You can go across the street to Canterbury and get much, much more and better managment for the price. Don't waste your time and money dealing with this place. The office staff is a nightmare to deal with, the manager lies and has even cried in front of me. The appartments are nothing special. If anything to maintenance staff is great, but other than that I have only bad things to say about this shady operation. It's a shame people would dedicate their careers to taking advantage of inexperienced college students. If you are a student looking for an inexpensive appartment, look elsewhere.
Cool place to live. Very convenient. Only problem is the maintenance take forever to fix something.

I really love living at St. Joe Place! I was so stressed about moving to Fort Wayne for college after high school but when I found St. Joe Place, I felt so much better! The staff was SO helpful and I feel like I'm at home. They have great ammenities too!
