Cats and Dogs are considered, no more than 2 of each kind AND no more than 3 total animals per unit (so can't have 3 cats or 3 dogs but can have 2 cats and 1 dog or 2 dogs and 1 cat) with a $300 deposit per pet and $35/month pet rent per pet. All dogs must be over 1 year old and proof of spay/neuter is required.
Per Larimer County restrictions, there can be no more than 1 horse. An additional deposit of $1000 is required for any horse that will be kept at the property.
