Mark K. arrived shortly after I made appt with the office. He noticed our battery was going dead on the door lock so he fixed that while he was here. After he finished his initial projects i.e. sink drip and tub, he then noticed the lock was a little off on the door and the latch also. After fixing those he adjusted the screen door which he noticed was a little off. Mark absolutely went above what he was here to fix and I appreciate all that he did for us today. Thank you

I have enjoyed living at River Hills since last spring. The apartments are clean, spacious, quiet, and there is a community vibe while still maintaining privacy. The office staff is exceptional, especially Jade, who has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions and concerns that Ive had in a timely manner. I highly recommend River Hills.

I would recommend living here! The front office staff are amazing and super helpful. When first moved to Fond du Lac I would go in and ask for event, trails or restaurant recommendations and they had a list of places they enjoy going to! The maintenance crew is awesome! Pat(maintenance) and Billy Jo(office) ALWAYS spoil my dog with treats whenever they see her! Jade is one of the MOST helpful Leasing Managers we have ever had in the past 6 years of renting.
