After living in a house for so long I was not looking forward to the transition to an apartment again, due to past negative experiences. But any worries and concerns I had went out the window as soon as I moved in here. I feel safe in this environment, love the underground parking (especially in the winter months), and they always keep the grounds and building clean and neat. Also Kristen, the Property Manager, is amazing. She always responds quickly to any questions I have and goes above and beyond. She made my transition so easy and stress free. I would recommend this place and especially Kristen to anyone!

I lived at Highland Ridge for a year, and man I wish I could have stayed there longer! Kristin Michael, the property manager, was so professional, kind, and speedy in all of our communications and was so patient with all of my questions as a first time renter. The property was clean and well cared for, had plenty of space both inside and out, and any time we put in a maintenance request, they did and excellent and speedy job. I would also like to point out that since we did end up having to sublet, they did a good job finding someone to replace us and also let us completely out of the lease once we found the subletter, which as I understand is not how most companies handle that. Rent was a really good deal for the amount of space we had, the apartment was clean and in good repair when we first moved in, and had plenty of storage space. In addition, so long as others moved their cars, they did a good job with plowing, re-painting parking lot lines, etc. I never had noise or disturbance problems with any of the other renters, even with a newborn right next door, and the high ceilings for my floor plan were a huge plus. I always felt safe and the location is amazing, with several grocery stores, fancy and cheaper restaurants, a theatre, Target, and more all within a 5-15 minute drive. I highly recommend this location and property manager.

My husband and I have lived here for three years and it has really worked well for us. The central location is great, the neighborhood is walkable and we love the large trees all over the property. The heated garage space and storage unit were also nice to have. The staff is attentive and any problems are fixed quickly. A really nice alternative to large apartment buildings.
