Yes we are a pet friendly community, the discrepancies, is no aggressive breeds, and a weight limit of 85lbs, you may have up to 2 pets per household.

How long does it take to know if my application is approved?

It can take anywhere between 24-72 hours to receive a response back on approval or denial.
