We have an on-site community manager who plans monthly activities, schedules off-site trips, coordinates various speakers, and hosts club-interested hobbies such as quilting, gardening, card games, etc.

The residents at Cedar Springs will have access to the exclusive community clubhouse. The Clubhouse is available to residents to enjoy companionship, host community activities or reserve for private parties at no extra charge.

Each unit has an emergency call system that goes directly to 911. The Cedar Springs community has a gated entrance security system, all ground-care and building maintenance is included with units.
