I've lived at Elevation for almost three months now, and my experience overall has been nothing short of fantastic. My partner and I relocated here after escaping a terrible apartment complex and situation, this community and complex has been a life saver. The location is phenomenal, with immediate light rail and interstate access while still feeling private and off the trail of traffic and noise. I've found the complex building itself to be very well maintained. Outside areas are well manicured and kept up with, and the inside is always clean. I especially appreciate the attention the main lobby and lounge receive, it's cleaner than many hotels. The leasing office staff are all incredibly welcoming and genuinely friendly and helpful to any and all questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is equally as friendly and is FAST to respond to any requests. All the units include a spacious patio and we get a lot of natural light in the apartment itself. The floor layout and design is really desirable and comfortable. I've lived in apartments that feel very sterile and uninviting but these apartments feel immediately like a home. Unlike some other reviews here we've actually never once heard noise from higher floor neighbors or shared walls (maybe we just got lucky). The only real con I can even think of for Elevation is that I've had nicer appliances for cheaper rent in other apartments, the stove is okay and the dishwasher is underperforming, overall these details are so minute in comparison to the experience we've had living here thus far. I wanted to share my review as I have lived here a littler over three months. First let me start and say the staff here are great and when you have a problem they try to take care of it quickly. I am one of those people who are extremely noise sensitive. I have always lived on the top floor any apartment I have rented. Unfortunately they did not have one available when I moved in, so I moved onto the fourth floor. One thing I can say is the developers use extremely cheap material when building this complex. You can constantly hear your neighbors above you and to the side of you. I have a neighbor above who constantly is stomping and making above apartment noise. Thankfully Heather the property manager is letting me move to the next available fifth floor apartment. A little about the community, I think they need to invest in speed bumps as people are constantly speeding through here. It would be nice if they had a pool as well. I think there are some problems that need to be taken care of but that is up to corporate not the office staff.

I've had a fantastic experience with Elevation from the first tour. The apartments are well laid out, the amenities are beautiful, prices are reasonable, and management has been responsive to requests and provides enjoyable perks and events. The location is very convenient to the light rail, and the bridge to transit continues to a mall with surprisingly upscale dining and outdoor spaces. I could not have been happier here, and am very sad to have to relocate.
