My fianc and I just signed a lease here at the end of last month and are really enjoying the experience so far. We specifically appreciated how smooth the move-in process was, and how helpful all the staff were, particularly Leady! So far everything has been as expected or even better than expected. The reviews really helped us find and feel comfortable about this location, as we also applied to another Avalon property in downtown SF, so we wanted to be sure to leave one too.
Highly recommend this community!! Been here for over 2 years and love the building and my unit. Although it is on the pricier end...

Been here for over 2 years and love the building and my unit. Although it is on the pricier end - no other building in the neighborhood has the high level of quality & support like Avalon does.
Everyone has been very responsive and helpful with all the different aspects of living here. From day 1, Leady specifically has been fantastic to work with, always so responsive and understanding. The maintenance team is also amazing. So knowledgeable about any and all things in the building.
The property is also so well kept and clean - with some of the nicest and most up to date common areas and amenities. HIGHLY recommend.

As an almost 2-yr resident at APM, I can honestly say that the staff has helped to make it so easy, comfortable and welcoming to live here. They keep us informed and address resident/bldg issues quickly. Cant say enough about the Lee, Leady and leasing office team, who are always willing to assist or stop for a quick chat. Also have to mention what a great maintenance team we have here. Astrid and co-workers do a tremendous job at keeping our bldg safe, clean and operational. And theyre the nicest folks!! Avalon Public Market has updated individual apartment amenities and several building features with a luxury feel that makes it a special place to live, work and play.

What a great living experience. A comfortable environment and friendly staff this is a really nice place to live. The apartment homes are excellently appointed and everything works. If you work from home like me, you'll value the various lounges and work areas throughout the property, both inside and out. This is also a great place to return to after a long day at work or business travel.
Also a great community and area if you have a dog. If you do have a dog, opt for a patio for your pooch. We have a 1 year old pup and he loves to prop himself up on our patio furniture and watch the pool and gardens below.
Walking score of 8.5, most everything you need is in the neighborhood. With nearby public market with a variety of eateries, Trader joes, and Bay street and other nearby shops. You don't really need a car most days.
All in we have enjoyed living here, and we think it's a great place to stay for a while. Highly recommended.
