Okay so after reading all the bad reviews I said whatever cause they're nice apartments. . God do I regret that decision so me and my husband had not even moved in yet and his mother talked to us and has been going through hardships financially to the point where she might lose the house that my husband grew up in and we both talked and decided to help her and move in with her instead and we had already put the deposit down for this apartment so my husband goes in and talks to June the property manager and she legit harasses him telling him I'm gonna make sure you guys are never able to get a house or another apartment just cause you decided to do this to yourselves also she was exceeding for us to pay for the prorated which makes NO sense cause we weren't moving in anymore all we wanted was a compromise if she couldn't give us the deposit back fine but no she even told him that if he doesn't put the electricity in his name that she would charge him 50 dollars till the apartment got rented out OH and she wanted us to pay 3 full months of rent!!? I'm pregnant and my stress levels are through the roof I'm so upset that someone would try messing with our future like that and basically promising that she's gonna make sure we never get a house or another apartment I don't know how she could be SO unprofessional and just plain Rude mind you this is the property manager! Please stay away from these apartments I'm Glad we aren't moving in I would hate being stuck with people like that for a whole year. I hope someone higher than her Reads this and reaches out cause this is ridiculous I've never!! Oh and I almost forgot she's taking us to court to top it off

I was interested in these apartments and tried to call for information but literally NONE Of the phone numbers work. I have tried calling each number listed on Google, on the different apartment websites they are listed on, on google maps. Nothing. How am I supposed to even consider these when I can't even speak to anyone who actually works there?

I would not recommend this place. I should have listened to the reviews that were posted. I NEVER write reviews to complain, but this is a different circumstance. The ladies at the leasing office are rude. At first, they will win their tenants over with kindness, but as soon as you have any issues or concerns, they dismiss it and will find a way out of helping their tenants. Ventilation in the apartment is awful, dust and dirt constantly blow in the windows, the appliances are outdated, the AC unit constantly break, and more. We have had our AC broken a few times and they could never find a permanent solution on how to fix it. When I was ready to move out, I provided the proper documents to get out of my lease (which I had to do twice since they claimed I never gave it to them and that I will have to resubmit it via email). Now that I moved, they claimed that I have to owe them for new carpeting due to "pet damage". My pet has never ruined the carpets. My husband has heard numerous of complaints around the complex from the neighbors about the same issues and concerns. One set of neighbors had to move because their electricity kept cutting out and the guy had medical issues that require the need for electricity (which led them to stay at a hotel). When this was brought up to the leasing office all they did was laugh at them and had no concerns about his medical issues or the electricity. Before moving in, ask some tenants that live there for their opinion. I really feel they are about trying to milk their tenants for their money instead of truly helping people. I wish you the best in your apartment hunting!

I was really excited to move in, despite the negative reviews, but after 9 months of being here i wish I had listened to the reviews. The service is horrible from the managers. They never answer the phone, I have to call 5 or 6 times before they answer. I had a concern about a guy looking into every apartment unit and they never returned my call and when I went to the office they told me they heard my message but "that I had nothing to worry about." The maintenance sucks. They couldn't fix our air conditioning so we had to stay elsewhere but they wouldn't prorate our rent for that. Also, parking sucks, after 6pm there is no where to park. Bird poop is a huge problem. Insulation in apartment is horrible, on a windy day the windows blow all sorts of dust in to our room. The appliances are old and worn down, maintenance said they fixed it and a couple days later broke. Maintenance manager is very rude when calling about things after hours, Our electricity went out due to something catching fire. I called asking when they will expect power to be back up he yelled at me that he didn't know and told me to go ask the men working on it. I really hate talking to the managers about any concerns because they just tell me it's fine and dismiss everything. Definitely will not be renewing my lease. I want to break it but that will cost a ton!

Hello! I first came to this facility in late January of this year. My family and I are originally from Los Angeles, I moved out here first. My parents came to visit me for Christmas 2016 and fell in love with it here. I set up an appointment with June for her to show us an apartment for them. From the moment I met her, she was so professional, yet perfectly friendly. My parents decided to rent here and they absolutely love it. They plan to be with West Town apartments for years to come. I might join them and rent here in the future as well! Any time my parents have maintenance issues, they are solved same day asap. The staff are friendly and make my parents feel like they are top priority. If you're on the fence between this and another apartment, trust me choose this one.

I have lived at West Town over 4 years and consider this my home! June (the manager) always goes out of her way to assist me and my family. My home is very spacious and the property always looks clean, every time I called for a maintenance to fix something, they take care of it immediately. Parking could be a little tight but if you don't mind walking a bit you always find where to park. I will definitely recommend this place to make it your home!!

This is a GREAT complex and they allow big dogs!!!! June and Jessica make you feel just like family, and always have a bright smile everyone. They say hello to you, by name and always ask how your doing. The apartment are older, but the price per square foot can't be beat. The apartment are in good shape, with new and modern fixtures. They have FULL size washer & dryer hook-ups and ceiling fans in every room. The landscape is usually kept clean and tidy, the only exception is when people walk their dogs and don't pick up after them, but that is not on the management. I have never had a problem that was not almost immediately fixed or resolved. (like I said they are a bit older) Yes, there is a parking issue, but it is only an issue if you want to park right in front of your apartment. In my experiences though, that is problem with just about every complex I have ever lived in. The police are NOT always here, I don't where that came from. I love this complex because it's close to I-10, close to UTEP and you can be just about anywhere you need to be in El Paso in just a few minutes of walking out your front door. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for something affordable with a friendly and quiet atmosphere.
