Been here a year now. No major issues. Neighbors are friendly and office staff are always helpful when we need something done. Washers and dryers have been updated to debit/credit payments and Apple Pay/pre paid cards. No more using quarters to do laundry! Apartments are located near stores, schools, restaurants, and Fort Bliss. Pool Enclosed small playground for kids Military/Student discounts Storage Quiet and safe area despite close proximity to car dealerships and restaurant.

We lived here first on a studio and then on the 2 bedroom apartments on the upper buildings. We LOVED it here! Staff is always friendly and really flexible as they try their best to help you. Is a quiet community, except of course when kids are playing,which is understandable. Maintenance does repairs quick and efficiently, and they all have a very friendly attitude. The apartments are huge, well maintained and all appliances work perfectly. They are very warm during winter and cool during summer. Bottom line, I recommend this apartments 100%. Even moving out was a breeze, and they helped us out with that as well.

I will try to be short with my review because i know that it is really takes to much energy and time to find a good apartment with reasonable price. I moved to Timberwolf Apartments a year ago base on location about 10-15 min you get ether main post or East Bliss. Very convenient,safe location, very close to everything, which include an Airport and Costco. It is very quiet place no issues such a breaking, stilling or vandalizing a cars, even I never close my apartment windows when I go somewhere. Also they provides military discount and they dont have extra allocated bills. The Management is running this place very professionally and very kind people also. I am PCS'ing again next month so good luck everyone and do not listen some crazy people who always complain about everything around them. This is great Apartment complex and would like to thank the complex Management for great job they doing to keep it clean and nice.

I will try to be short with my review because i know that it is really takes to much energy and time to find a good apartment with reasonable price. I moved to Timberwolf Apartments a year ago base on location about 10-15 min you get ether main post or East Bliss. Very convenient,safe location, very close to everything you need including an Airport, Costco I-10. Belive me this guys have nice apartment but the main thing is you can relax here after work it is so quiet here never heard any issues breaking, stilling or vandalizing a cars, even I never close my apartment windows when I go somewhere. An other main point is the price and 5% Military discount and they don't have extra allocated bills. So I am paing just my apartment bill according contract and separately the electricity bill. The Management is running this place very professionally and very kind people also. I am PCS'ing again next month so good luck everyone and do not listen some crazy people who always complain about everything around them with no reason. I really like this Apartment complex and would like to thank the complex Management for great job they doing to keep this place so nice.

Cons: Washers and dryers eat quarters and don't work well enough for the price. The dryers will not dry blankets! You'll have to pay $1.25 two to three times for your blankets to be dry. Also, it's always a struggle to find a parking at night; I always end up parking on the other side of the apartments. Pros: cheap rent, military discount, and quick maintenance
