Currently, the water has been coming out of the shower at extremely high temperatures and everytime we call maintenance they say that technicians need to come to fix the problem. It's been months and the water has yet to be fixed, in fact it's even worse than before. It's gotten to the point where i cant shower since the steam accumulates so much that I am unable to breathe properly. My poor neighbor's AC doesnt work and shes been forced to buy an independent AC unit with her own money, I had to go without showering for a week since the knob had broken and it took a week for them to fix it. The new management may have opened up a "fitness center", (which is really just a small back room with two treadmills and a few weights) and they may be keeping the pool clean and open, but what does that matter if the people living here cant even take showers due to their lousy conditions.

I was wrongfully towed from these apartment. I was parked here for less than 2 hour and I was scammed. How could I get towed that quick? They charged me over $250 and I know the dogs in the front got a cut. Would not recommend these apartments if you enjoy company from visitors. There is no signs warning about towing, none when you enter community or in front of parking spots. But what goes around comes around

Had to move in somewhere quick so i found island palms gave 380 for deposit and 300 dog deposit. About an hour later i found the perfect place so i went back to island palms yo ask for my deposit back they said i cant get it back unless i live therr a year and not damage anything. So i was stuck there. A year later i left and the apartment was left the exact same way they had given ot to me. Very clean and no damage. They told me id be getting my full deposit back and praised me on how clean i left the apt. I left july 1st 2017 it is now november 20th 2017 and i still havent received my deposit back. I called a momth after i left they said the deposit had been mailed out. I waited called back in sept. They said there was a prob but was just sent out. October comes around they said it had just been mailed out for sure this time but it would take 4 to 6 weeks to get here we are now nov 30th about 7 weeks later and still have not gotten anything. I guess ill be going to see a lawyer by mon. And the last thing is the place is full of roaches big ones and hundreds of silverfish. I had to spray alot of chemicals almost everyday to get rid of them
I actually think its pretty gucci
They charge $200 bucks if you want to live with your pet, which is stupid.

Another thing is they had just opened pool for (2) days and already closed it. GUYS IF YOU WANT TO RENT SOMEWHERE I REPEAT DO NOT GET AN APT HERE. cant wait for me to move to "THE GALILEAN" there more sweet there and not to strict.
