Lived here years n seen those past companies come and go. The owners now been here a year and have done some big work to the place. I use to have lots of issues with bugs and ignored work orders, the peeples that worked their were either really nice or mean, depend on the day. Chris has been fixing all my problems since last year and Tasha that girl in the office now is busy but is always trying to help, some times the work takes time but they are letting you know what's up. Edward is good to. They got rid of the bugs unless youyjust nasty. A bug man comes around every month and any time you let them know. Got rid of my spider problem to. I was looking for a house but since things have gotten better and the crime and bad neighbors are being stopped I know I'll stay a little longer as long as this company stays around.

We had Mode in our bathroom and they didnt do nothing for that. If you every try to move here dont run far away from this place. The property manager dont answer the phone even though she in the office. They dont email you back when you email them about a problem. This place went down hill. The rent is not for it

Recently moved to the area and found this gem. Rent is super reasonable for the direct access to downtown Chattanooga (10min commute via a tunnel, but still cut off from town enough to have that small town feel. How awesome is that!?)
The complex is older but has a lot of personality and the updates on the inside are very well done and have a high end feel. With as old as the complex is it's bound to have some issues but Tasha, the bubbly lady running the office, is all smiles and seems to be very perfessional and on top of things. She made the leasing process simple to understand and honestly, more of a pleasure than a pain.

TOSHA KNOW I PROBALLY SPELLED HER NAME WRONG I MEAN THE RESIDENTS OFFICE MANAGER. SHE DOES HER JOB AND WAS REAL HELPFUL MAKING MOVING MUCH NICER THE MAINTENANCE GUYS ARE DOING GREAT WITH THE APT ISSUES I WAS IN A rush to move in and took the apt as is and they made sure things were taken care Of in a timely manner Chris is wonderful at his job and very curious. I love the changes that have happened here at the Belvoir. I have been here for over two years and seen this place go through management changes multiple times, but the people who run this place is by far, the best management that I have seen. The improvements that have been made have been major. The maintenance has vastly improved and they have a genuine concern that the job gets done right and in a professional manner. The management promotes a we are a family atomosphere and love that. If you are looking for a place that feels like home, you need to try The Belvoir out.

Ive lived here for a little over 9 months now and I had completely made up my mind that I was NOT going to sign a new lease! Since the new management has come in I have seen drastic changes in the friendliness and promptness of the staff including the maintenance staff. They are trying to clean up work that wasnt being completed and its going to take time but I am pretty excited to see this place grow. I love seeing children playing outside and its encouraging to know that this new management is improving the community for them as well as all of the other residents. I would recommend any of my friends to live here, it takes time and patience for changes to happen.

The apartments go through managers like crazy. Three different managers in the last year! They also have gotten to where you have to pay your rent online only, which is inconvient for people who have cash and want to pay by money order. If you don't have a bank account, you have to pay fees to use cards. And that can range from $5-$50 depending on what card you have. Being charged a fee on top of rent doesn't make much sense to me.
The "new upgrades" were mostly done to the outside of the complexes, which, in my opinion, should've been done a long time ago. But they did however install new toilets, and faucets on the inside. So I guess my rent increased to get a new toilet and faucets. What a brilliant idea. My apartment is still drafty and is pretty much falling apart, and I have only lived here a little over a year. I have cracks in my sealing from leaks, and the "hardwood looking" floor is coming up. The price increase does not reflect the work that should be done inside the apartments.
Most nights I can hear people inside my building fighting, and stomping around above me.
If you are looking to move here, you should rethink it because for as much as you would pay here, you could get a better looking apartment in other areas of the city for about the same price.

I found mold in my closet and the management didn't take me seriously when I told them about it! They are still dragging their feet about it. I'm 7 months pregnant and the manager's advice about the mold issue was to move out, or "not leave wet clothes lying around. " I don't have wet clothes, I don't even have a washer. Maintenance NEVER comes when you need them to close.
They just went up on the rental prices for each unit when they HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING NEW TO UPDATE THE APARTMENTS. If you're considering moving here, DON'T. Save your money and find you a better place. THERE IS A ROACH INFESTATION here also. No matter how clean you are, it won't do any good. There are even those huge palmetto bugs that get into your home as well and crawl all outside the on the breezeways. If I would be known about this place, I wouldn't have moved here. I'm still looking for a better place to call home!

I seriously recommend no one to stay here. My apartment is falling apart. Pipes are leaking and seals around the door are falling and you tell management and they tell you they'll fix the problem but never do. There is a serious roach and rat infestation and no matter how much cleaning you do they always come back. I currently live in the bottom floor and my neighbors above me are loud and heavy smokers. The apartment is outdated and when you first look at it you'll like it but 3 months into my lease everything went down hill. The secretary is rude. You complain about the infestation and the best advice is for you to move. If you recommend living here, don't. You'll regret it.

We drove 40 minutes to meet up for an apartment showing that we had set up in advance. When we got there the lady said "Oh I meant to call you" and informed us that the cleaning crew had taken the only keys and she couldn't do the showing. She then told us to set up another appointment and when we couldn't work out a time she got frustrated and told us "Better luck next time." We offered to stay in the area since she said the cleaning crew were bringing back the keys and she agreed to show us the apartment when they came by in about 20-30 minutes. She said she would call and suggested we stay in the area. She never called. The staff was rude, inconsiderate and overall unhelpful. I wouldn't live here if they paid me to.
