Red Cedar Neighborhood Summary

The Red Cedar neighborhood is located right outside of the MSU’s West campus. Though this neighborhood is largely populated by MSU students, it is much quieter than other MSU neighborhoods like Chesterfield, Glencarin, and Oakwood. Spartan Village – the University’s campus apartments for upperclassman and grad students – is located only a few minutes south. This same crowd bleeds over into the Red Cedar community. Though its further away from the main academic buildings, Red Cedar is a great option for MSU students looking to live off campus, without the ragin’ undergrad culture.
