I'm looking for a mature, responsible, quiet individual, due to the fact that the guest apartment renter's lifestyle has the ability to affect mine. Thus I want the option of terminating the agreement with 30 days notice, renting month-to-month, should things not work out.
Having said that, the last two renters stayed for 4 and 4.5 years respectively.
