CREEKSIDE is/was my first apartment on my own moving out of my parents house, and I have been amazed at how wonderful of an experience I have had moving in and living here! The office staff and maintenance staff are attentive and keep up to date on everything and always there promptly with a solution with any issues that may arrive. The price of the community is awesome compared to others in Durham. I am a Durham native and was beginning to lose hope to live in my hometown until I found Creekside! I can't wait to resign my lease in a few months! The only reason I give 4 instead of 5 stars is the thin walls.

This is a nice and quiet place to live! So far all of the staff that I have had to deal with have been very pleasant!The maintenance team is the problem! They still have not fixed the roof above my apartment and it is leaking in the two bedrooms, this had been going on since October 2021! My dishwasher leaks and I can not use it for washing dishes so because there is so little counter space I use the dishwasher as a rack to dry my dishes in!

I love living here at CREEKSIDE Landing Apartments. The leasing staff is super friendly and are very understanding when it comes to needs here in the complex. My fur baby loves the 2 dog areas here also.
Only 2 downfalls I have about living here are the CATS and parking. YOUR CALL WILL BE TOWED if you dont have a proper sticker and visitors parking is very limited. Leasing office is aware of the street cats and disease they may carry and have tried to handle getting rid of them. I just keep my dog up to date on vaccinations to avoid any health issues. Again I love it here. Very quite neighborhood. Very convenient location to all the stores needed. Super nice staff and pet friendly! Its all a Win Win for me!!

Commute to Duke University, Duke University Medical Center, downtown Durham, and the Research Triangle Park is easy because of it's location.
