Arbor Glen

This project involved the construction of a 64-unit apartment complex. This 9-building complex has 48 two-bedroom units, 16 three-bedroom units and a 1,500 square foot community center. Additionally, the community features a playground and a walkway to the nearby elementary school as well as a community center.

Each unit is assigned a detached parking garage. For design efficiency, the garages were constructed in a “garage over garage” design
