For someone without the best credit in the world, these guys were willing to give us the chance to show that we're reliable. It had been incredibly hard for my family to find a new place to stay after we were hit by the covid layoffs and essentially trying to pick up the pieces there after. The ladies at Fieldcrest have been amazing! They were able to help us get into an awesome apartment, and for us the price is totally within reason. It's a pretty quiet location, very family friendly with a pool, play ground and basketball court. Also plenty of area to take your family for a walk around the grounds, which are always really well kept. Our apartment was super clean when moving in, very nice. We did have one appliance not working, the dishwasher. It took them about a week to get around to fixing it because they had to order a part for it. There was also an issue with our living room light, where it was crackling and buzzing. This issue also took a bit of time to complete, however they changed the entire fixture essentially updating it in the process. Patience is a virtue, they'll get around to solving your issue. Some things take longer than others based on the severity of the problem. Since then, maybe a day or two for other minor problems, which I feel is totally reasonable being that we aren't the only people living within the entire complex. Things break and we're lucky we don't have to fix it ourselves. We haven't had any issues with bugs or anything either, which I originally thought would be an issue, for no other reason than the fact that my apartment is riiight by the woods (which I love this location for, super relaxing). Every issue we have had has been addressed with kindness and understanding. We plan to remain with these guys for the foreseeable future. A+ when it comes to customer service and it definitely helps that we're super close to everything!
Good food, grocery stores, even the schools.
