I usually try not to let reviews dictate too much about a place before checking them out on my own, but in this case...
I usually try not to let reviews dictate too much about a place before checking them out on my own, but in this case the reviews about this place being trash are 100% true! The grounds are terribly kept. While headed on the tour the woman showing us, which I almost dont want to call her a leasing agent due to her uttter lack of professionalism (in dress she had on loungewear and a hat and looked unkempt) answered my question about how many units are here as A lot and then informed us that the unit we were going to see had been rented but this is what they look like. Upon walking up to the door the windows were missing and when we walked in it was clear that whoever lived there previously had just left. We were assaulted with a variety of smells, and There was debris everywhere!! The carpet was DISGUSTING! I didnt even bother to finish the rest of the tour because it was a waste of time. I figured any place that would show a unit in that condition clearly doesnt care about current or future residents.

Ppl kick in the doors to walk through the complex..it's not safe here at all. Keep looking else where and don't look back...your better off living in the Brewster projects

Walls are very thin no central air and very Ghetto not a place you would wanna call home or bring your children thank me later
It sucks really bad over here. The maintenance is HORRIBLE no central air, windows too small for an air conditioner, inconsiderate neighbors. I can go on and on

I couldn't even stay my whole lease term i had to leave. Its way more things wrong but i dont even feel like typing just stay far far away

If I was you I wouldnt move in here the houses are half done by maintenance they say the come and fix the problem and half way do that the front office is ran by people you leave in the complex and carry personal grudges not knowing how to separate work in the outside stuff the front a had despite with my mother I come over my mom house leave in her car leave my car parked out front and the front office ladies had my car told cause them and mother was in despite called the tow company and told them my car didnt belong came back thought my car was stolen went to the front office to ask do they know what happen they said no and that their cameras didnt work and their gate thatbsuppose to keep random ppl out doesnt either only to find out that they called the tow company to get my car towed so if you move in here jus know what you dealing with if I was you id Turn around and spend my money some where else

In reference to Mike Ballard, I know he is telling the truth because I am trying to move there and it's taking them a very long time to fix up my apartment/townhouse. I applied there back in September and I still haven't gotten a townhouse yet. They said they fired a maintenance man, but they should be moving faster than what they moving. It's a shame to see such nice apartments go down like that. It takes a person with money and compassion to get those apartments back in the right shape. The owners of these apartments don't care and they need to just give it up. Let someone invest in them that is going to spend the money to get them back the way they used to be.

I recently stayed In Infinity Park Apartments. the neighborhood is nice but the renting and management office are 1 way. Your maintenance will be extra slow you will not get all your security deposit back and they will have no inspection with you at the end of your lease I waited 13 weekes to get back half of my deposit when the apartment wasnt up to standards when i moved in. Please be very careful when you make this move i would say go elsewhere this place is a rip off.
