PLEASE FIX THE ELEVATOR AGAIN. . It's apartment number 9. It's not safe to live in a place where someone could get hurt. Also please follow up that someone was able to fix it. I hope it doesn't take too long to get it fixed since this is a hazard issue. Thanks

I will say that the staff is nice to us, but this stuff im going to mention should of never happened. Got our car...

I will say that the staff is nice to us, but this stuff im going to mention should of never happened. Got our car towed because no one in the office gave us a parking sticker. No one told us that you have to get a laundry card, which is $5 to use and then you pay for the laundry with your caredit card. The laundry doesn't open at 8am and we shouldn't have to wait 2 for them to open it. We should of been issued all of these things instead of caught by surprise and having to fix it ourselves.Our apartment door doesn't close all the way. There's no microwave in the 1 bedroom apartment. Room smelled like smoke when we moved in. People smoke in the apartment so it goes into your bathroom which we sealed with a magnatic cover for the vent. Have to keep an eye on the dryer when you do laundry so no one steals your cloths. There's lock pad controls where you stick your key that you have to open doors, but thst doesn't work for the laundry so you could have your cloths stolen. People come in and out without a key to the apartment- can't trust anyone, also the black pad that opens doors doesn't work so anyone can come in and just go into the apartment which is a huge safety hazard. The water in the kitchen isn't the greatest-l; tried putting a filter on it but it doesn't work with the faucet head that's there. Some of the windows in the apartment weren't properly sealed to keep out bugs. I just want to see more effort for them to give us all the information we needed and to make sure the apartment unit itself is clean and sealed where we can feel like no bugs will come in, where we can feel safe, and when there's other problems that'll occur, for them to fix it right away. If they want to improve their business's they need to step up there game, I would say that a security team be hired for walk through considering there is always random people in the apartment. Also I saw a two indeviduals doing crack from my window on apartment property sooooooo, yea security would be nice. maintainace stuff as well as safety is the main concern I have with this apartment. Also, the outside trash needs to be taken care of better, meaning people shouldn't be able to throw furniture outside he dumpster, it should be donated to the Arc. We need to have clean environment and to make sure everyone wants to come, right now, people want to leave and that's not looking good for the business. This place is the worst place Ive ever rented from by far! They created theyre own level of retched. Multiple times weve called because of junkies in the bushes outside my door, called police maintenance etc. no one ever shows any care. Apt maintenance, yeah right! BUT if you leave a broom on your porch you get fined. A friend parks in the lot they get towed for $300. They will do anything and make it top priority to fine but dont do a single thing to take care of their residents.
