Maybe, MAYBE U house would be fine if it wasn't SO overpriced. Like SOOoooOOOoo overpriced. Literally look at every single other apartment before considering U house. I have lived here for two years and can NOT wait to get out. Maintenance comes to do "checks" in the rooms. This means they literally make a mess out of your room. I have had multiple occasions in which I get home and I've thought someone broke in, but no, it was just maintenance rearranging my furniture, throwing my things on the floor and leaving it. Making me put all my furniture back to where it was. The laundry machines NEVER work it is almost comical. They say they're fixing something and that just never gets fixed. Pretty much, right now, I'm paying $1300 for a tiny space without working washers and dryers, people who don't get things done, and an awful experience. Just don't do it. If you're looking for a good place to stay, I have heard good things about cornerstone apartments and modera.
