Cheap rent with heat and AC included. Management is nice and repairs are done usually same day. The apartments are outdated but no complaints for the price. Parking in the garage has over a year waiting list which means you must park on the crowded streets.

This place sucks, the apartment company sucks, this building sucks, all about money and zero customer service.
