From the second day I moved into the rocket building- I was the victim of grand theft from the tenants in this building... They stole multiple dyson appliances and boxes of belongings during my uhaul unloading process.....management wouldn't even send out an email in regards to it...since then- for months on end- it's been nothing but horrid neighbors harassment- mni thefts- I spent a good couple months calling in complaints of people pounding on my door screaming, threats- threatening notes, homophobic slurs to my face and more..... horrible cigarette smells from the smokers.... Just two days ago I had a break in while I was sleeping by my Neighbor- she was arrested for felony trespassing in my apartment- very disturbing behavior. . Never leave your home unlocked even if you are home. The homeless in our parking lot, and alleyways, and they are all on harsh drugs all cracked out zombied out with sores all over form their drug use, at all hours of the day and night screaming at our windows destroying our trash- spitting on our cars- daily and nightly. We had homeless living in our storage shed with a whole apartments worth of furniture set up- I am just sick of this - for these high prices and small spaces? The studio kitchen is barely a kitchenette- the sinks are horrid shallow- a pan doesn't fit in one, - the tilework is crumbling - the fake floors are all messed up, I do nto feel safe here- yet they offer me 'if you give us a thirty day notice wwe will let you go' offer. Are you kidding me? I still would have to pay to apply for another one of the buildings they manage- and be approved, even though they offered a lease renewal for here? How is this caring? Its been nothing but anxiety here since day two. I have perfect rental history. No complaints against myself. Maintenance seems responsive to repairs needed. There are nice people in office- but I don't like hearing anything other than that I will be accommodated for my troubles.
