I can only say good things about Park Avenue West and the staff employed here. My first apartment in the complex was a two bedroom in the East building. It had gorgeous city views, immense natural light, tall ceilings and fairly updated fixtures. I absolutely loved it! I have since moved into a one bedroom in the West building with very similar vibes, only now I can see Coors Field and the Rocky Mountains from my balcony! Each apartment has a washer and dryer in unit, a dishwasher and central air. Not to mention that all UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED. Parking is modestly priced at $50/month and I never have trouble finding a spot, no matter the time of day. Kim and Mary in the leasing office are both quite friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff also rules. I've never waited more than a day or two for any request to be completed. Despite what other reviews may say, I would highly recommend renting here. I can see myself staying for the next couple of years.

Overall not too bad or pricey for the area. Utilities are included with rent, parking costs an extra $50 per month. Depending on what building you're in, your packages will get delivered to their office in a building across the street. The office's hours are 9-5pm but they often go to lunch, give tours, or leave hours earlier than 5 making it incredibly difficult to get your package sometimes. The maintenance has always been prompt and helpful with issues in the apartment, but the elevator has been broken for days at a time before.

I am a young professional who just moved to Denver this summer. Despite being a slightly older property without flashy amenities (which I don't hold as a flaw), my apartment is my favorite unit I have rented so far! The staff is very small (only two ladies on the PM team), yet are very attentive and great at what they do. A special shout out to Jaci, who has incredible customer service skills and seems to genuinely care about residents. The block the property sits on, as well as the alleyway between buildings, are always clean and I have always felt safe living here. Our apartment turned out to be even bigger than the unit I had toured, and it was absolutely perfect upon moving in. I've worked in property management for several years, and I have never seen a unit so flawless that is 8+ years old. It is a gorgeous, modern space with great appliances and ample square footage. As for the location; yes, it is in a developing part of downtown Denver, but it's just blocks away from Coors Field, Market St. bars, breweries and more. This area will absolutely continue to develop in the next few years, and has already started to do so. What prompted me most to give the property/ management company five stars is their choice to not conform to the astronomical market rise in rental rates in Denver. Though still a "downtown price", this company will not raise your rent by hundreds of dollars upon renewal, something which can't be said about most downtown apartments.
