I absolutely loved living in this building. Suzanne and Doug are incredibly caring building managers and if you ever have an issue they are quick to solve it (although issues are minimal). It's a quiet building and the rooftop patio and pool are never crowded. The location is amazing and close to everything! I lived here for two and a half years and I would recommend it for anyone. It's been a wonderful place to call home.

Everything in very good shape.
While we were living here the balconies were refreshed (painted).
Whatever was going on the management was always there, they re nice people and very helpful.
There is a small gym, public room, the roof with sofas, bbq and view to the mountains, pool. There is plenty of street parking, assigned parking spots too (for extra and if available)
On Fridays there is complementary coffee with some sweets and snacks.
Very cool location wise. If you don't really drive a car, but bicycle/walk/uber, that location is great, it's in the middle of everything.
Recommend the apt complex!

I love living here and really can't believe you get so much for the price. The closet space and storage beats out any other comparable apartment. The balconies are big enough you can actually hang out, garden, grill. The location is accessible to anywhere in the city in 15 minutes and/or a $7 Lyft ride. The run to and around Wash Park is a perfect 4.25 miles. The building manager Suzanne is helpful, kind and very quick to respond. The neighborhood is safe and quiet but there are still coffee shops, bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Highly recommend!
