My husband Sam Leisk, and I just bought a house in Cory Merril as an investment property, and we are looking to rent it out!

The house is a great set-up with a downstairs basement that can be sealed off and access directly from the outside.

It’s a 4 bedroom house (with 2 bedrooms and one bath upstairs) in coveted Cory Merrill, with a beautiful garden — $3,000/month.

Sam works in Denver but we live in San Francisco. He’s there 5-7 days per month and would utilize the basement living quarters when in town, which again is sealed off from upstairs with a separate entrance.

When the owners are not there (85 percent of the time!) you are more than welcome to use the downstairs as well which includes another 2 bedrooms and bathroom (1 of which we will never be using if you want to use for additional storage or as an office) and a full living room. You are essentially getting a 4 bedroom 2 bath home for the price of a 2 bed 1 bath! We are young 35 year old professionals who mainly live in San Francisco CA with no kids and will not bother you
