Ride the A-Train.” Victoria Station is centrally located in downtown Denton with one and two bedroom apartments close to the square. Appealing amenities include: gated access, exclusive community courtyard with grills, benches and picnic tables, permitted parking, faux wood plank, carpet or sealed concrete flooring, modern look of full maple wood cabinets with brushed nickel fixtures, cultured marble lavatory, stainless and black appliance package with icemaker, built-in microwave and full size washer/dryer connections. Most units are two story lofts with a balcony.
We offer 12 month lease terms. Pets accepted up to 40 pounds at maturity weight. Pet deposit is $400 plus a $100 non-refundable fee (for 1 pet). Pet monthly rent is $15 per pet.
** Frontier (formerly Verizon FiOS) community for internet, TV & phone. All utilities are paid by resident (electric, water, waste water, trash and pest services). Renter's Insurance required.

Moved in and love this place. First floor with quiet neighbors above and next door. Repairs fixed quickly and amazing A/C. Very well insulated unit and well kept grounds. Id highly recommend this place to anyone concerned with a lot of Dentons run down property management. I encourage you to take a look and youll see exactly what I mean. This place is a great place to call home for however long you need.

We absolutely LOVE our apartment, this complex, and the entire office and maintenance staff. We have lived here since December 2014. Our rent has not increased drastically in the last two years, the staff is always friendly, often times our maintenance requests are completed SAME DAY and never more than 2 days since our request, and the grounds are kept well. The only "negatives" we have ever experienced are the lock to the gate being broken often due to negligent tenants (the maintenance staff is regularly fixing it) and this past year they changed from a pet-friendly pest control, to a company that requires us to remove our pets when they come every 2-3 months (which is a huge hassle, and severely stresses out my cats, making them sick and nervous for days after).
