-No food left in screen patio (small wild animals can cause damage to screen)
-Put away recycle/trash bins after pickup (to avoid hoa fines)
-Small dogs breeds only allowed under 15 pounds.
-Maintain pool water level as instructed
Tenants will pay their own utilities (electricity, water & sewer, cable & internet, alarm system and be responsible for any damages to property and appliances / HOA fines during there lease.
Owner will pay for hoa dues, landscaping, spa/pool maintenance, pest control, carpet cleaning once a year and extra trash bin.
