Located near Lake Ripley and Anderson Gardens, Lake Ripley Apartments is a 2-building complex that offers Efficiency, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. Water and trash removal are included in the rent. Amenities include on-site climate controlled laundry facilities, off-street parking, and storage units for rent. Lake Ripley Apartments are non-smoking and pet-friendly! There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $250 plus a monthly per pet Pet Rent of $35. Pets must be spayed/neutered and have proof of current vaccination status. Section 8 vouchers are accepted at Lake Ripley Apartments! Storage units are available to rent for $50-120 per month, depending on the size of storage unit. The storage units are newly constructed and located in the basement of the 2-story building.
