The apartments are very quiet and your neighbors are pretty chill, thats the only thing I liked. But Im giving them a 2 star because when I moved in two years ago they didnt give me new carpet and Im not sure who lived in my apartment before me but Im guessing it was some one with pets because when I moved in the first day the carpet was wet I guess they just deep cleaned but after time every time I or a friend would lay in the carpet we ended up smelling like smelly dew almost . And when I moved out they charged me for new carpet when I kept the carpet vacuum and clean all the time. Also they randomly cut your water at times and when theres a outage best believe you wont have electricity for days or even weeks. Happy Im out

HEY YOU!! YES, YOU!! DONT lease! I urge you. Don't waste your time. The management company that runs this place is really into investing in themselves more than how tenants of their property are treated or potential tenants. The application is a joke. The guy at the desk, I don't have to say anything. He's a unconcerned lease agent that's ready to clock out. Just go and ask about apartments. He's not interested in you and maybe they want you to think these apartments are luxury based on how they treat you. Don't ignore the signs. The things they ask for to apply for or get approved for the apartments are based on who comes in the door. I hope they feel the pain of not treating people right due to how they treat people. I can get approved but have heard of been put through the ringer for an apartment these apartments are not even run by a reputable management property company we all know for reputation. Everybody wants to be an real estate investor but lack and care less about customers and potential tenants. I had less hassle at luxury apartments. So glad I saw this and moved forward onto an actual professional management company and luxury apartments and real people at the front office that smile and are really genuine about leasing you an apartment. I saved myself a headache by avoiding this place. Read the reviews, it's true about the joke of an application and lack of concern. Don't waste the$50 no matter how great your credit is. You're in for a shocker after the application.

I lived at the complex for nearly 2 years, 07/19 - 5/21. Pros: - The complex is a little older compared to others around the area, and you can tell by the interior. The cost of rent reflects that though, which is understandable. - The location is pretty good too and close to a lot of shopping and highways. Cons: - Because the complex is older, the walls are thin! Countless nights my wife and I were up late due to the neighbors and their kids running/stomping around in the unit above us. - The water is shut off/no hot water for hours at a time at least once per week. Most times there is not very good communication about the water issues. - Parking is very, very limited. Most spaces are for compact cars, and even then it's very tight spaces. There is covered parking, but it isn't reserved and there are no parking permits, so anyone (including guests) can take those spaces for any number of days at a time. - Be aware of your belongings because there is an issue with theft. My bicycle was stored on my patio for a couple days and was stolen. It wasn't visible from the outside unless you crossed bushes and looked over the fence, so someone was going around looking for things to steal. There was also multiple times where packages were stolen from our front door.
