No Vouchers

1) $69 - Application fee per Adult

2) $50/mo for Resident Benefit Package - includes renters insurance, filter delivery, credit reporting, identity protection, reward program for timely rent payments, and more

3) $199 - Lease Admin Fee - One time due at move in

4) Standard deposit is 1 month rent and is due upon approval

5) Pets are accepted with a non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet, limit two, payable at move in. No aggressive breeds or aggressive breed mixes.

6) When offered, move in specials are valid for 14 days from the application date and apply to pure rent ONLY. All other fees apply in their entirety.




Criteria:

1). Must make 3x the rent in combined gross (before taxes) monthly income

2). No evictions or balances due to any Landlord(s) in the last 5 years

3). No bankruptcies of any kind, foreclosures, etc

4). No background issues - automatic decline from anything sexual, terroristic, fraud or felony drug related

5). Move-in is 30 days or less

6). Minimum combined credit score of 580; consideration for 550+
