Unfortunately, I had to move due to a job relocation. I will forever miss my beautiful apartment. I highly recommended living here. Highly!

Love living at The Lofts At Mockingbird Station! The staff is helpful, friendly, and responsive. The view from our loft is awesome and we love sharing the Station with some great restaurants: Edith's Bistro, Urban Taco, Starbucks-which is super convenient, and a movie theatre! and it's just a walk away from a grocery store! Terrible living experience! Noisy neighbors and CONSTANT construction. Work orders are ignored. The office management is not helpful in resolving these complaints and do not act like they have the tenants' best interests in mind.

I do not recommend living in The Lofts at Mockingbird Station. The property is loud, unsafe, and poorly managed. - The insanely loud construction in the building happens every week. When they use a jackhammer on the concrete floors, it resonates through the entire building. Not something you want to wake up to early in the morning. The most annoying part is management never gives any of the residents a heads-up on the construction. So, if you work from home good luck. - Barking/yelping dogs and paper-thin walls do not mix. These lonely millennial girls with their emotional support dogs It was the loudest separation anxiety Ive ever heard. This place is like a kennel! - A neighbor stole my mail on three known occasions (Im sure there were more). She would open my packages, use what was inside, and then return them when she got caught. I cant believe they let this criminal live in the building. Absolutely disgusting. - My A/C was not working for the first month of my lease, and it never really got fixed. It started with random loud screeches before it died. Then, after they finally worked on it, it whistled so loud you couldnt watch TV. Luckily, I left before the real summer heat. That wouldve been a nightmare. - In the office, Austin and Giancarlo were extremely nice and quick to help out with the smaller issues. I cant say the same about the management. There was a disconnect. As for the maintenance staff, they just needed a little push here-and-there to get things done right. I had to move out due to all of these unsuitable living conditions. Its soooo not worth the high price tag (those hidden amenities and utility bills add up). I would never live here again.
