Stay far away from this place, very Ghetto, my car was broken in several times. They had Gang fights in the back, people hanging out all day and night. Thank God I am gone. I couldnt even work at peace knowing all the mess that was going on at this complex. Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY and protect your peace, oh yea they treated the mold in our apartment with Clorox spray, and after it flooded they didnt even want to pay for use a room..SMH Thank God for Farmers Renters Insurance. This place is all around Trash!I could go on But you all have been warned no need to reply because Im stating FACTZ!!!

Been living here since last year March and I loved the old management better, Shirley was a great person, she helped with whatever the problem was, she goes above and beyond to make sure that she provides you with a wonderful experience, she's the reason why we moved here in the first place but I went to the office one day and she was no longer there and the new property manager Monica is rude and very inconsiderate, she acts like everything is a inconvenience to her and she wouldn't fix anything you tell her is the problem but when it's about putting up letter in front of your door they have all time in the world to take care of that. We were trying to renew our lease when it's up but not anymore we will be moving into a new apartment where the management actually cares about the residents.

Id debated posting my initial experience at all but decided that I dont want to set a precedent and have this become a recurring theme when I go to pick up my packages nor would I want this for anyone else.

The maintenance crew here at Gates de Provence Apartments (Mr.LUPPE and also Mr.Courtney) are awesome, we have no complaints, simply because if and whenever my husband & I have or had any type of maintenance requests, they showed up & they acknowledged who they were, they wore masks and they made sure we were home.Most importantly they got the job done quietly and quickly (we could hardly tell they were there)They also explain the matter & always instructs us on ways to help better understand our home!stars go to the maintenance thank you thank you thanks you guys.We will remain tenants & I think that its important we share that those guys play a huge part in that reason we choose to stay!In addition parking is so much better and the grounds are always kept clean.Proud tenants 2+years.
