QUALIFICATIONS
1. Please do not apply if you have not toured the home. We cannot accept site unseen applications.
2. We will run a background check on all tenants over the age of 18 - application is not considered whole until all over 18 have applied, $85 per person. We check criminal, rental history and credit, looking at the information as a whole. Automatic disqualifications would be any violent crime, sex offender, or any eviction/property debt. NO property debt allowed.
3. Income must be 3x the rent and must be verified with paystubs, bank accounts, or taxes.
4. Must be able to pay deposit & admin fee of $150 within 24 hours of signing lease.
5. ??If selected as a resident, the tenant is required to send virtual walk through pictures when requested, required every 4-6 months (similar to a landlord walk through)
6. We do not accept Housing Vouchers.
7. Pet Deposit is $250 per pet, $25/mo pet rent. Breed Restrictions apply.
