This property is managed horribly. The owners are a Japanese company called Daisho, Inc. and they clearly make no attempts at maintaining the property. The unit my friend was rented was infested with roaches prior to move-in, and the management company, Professional Service Property Management, is apparently a nightmare to deal with. The meager staff uses deception and intimidation tactics when asked to simply uphold their own lease; they promise time and time again to fix the multiple structural, plumbing, and pest issues plaguing the property; they acknowledge the damages they cause, agree to account credits/reimbursements, and then inexplicably go back on their word when time to collect. It may seem like a good deal on paper, but I implore you; do NOT agree to move into a different unit than the one they show you. This is a common practice here. Do NOT move into this apartment complex without knowing your rights as a tenant. Do NOT trust anything that any staff at Professional Service Property Management swears to do verbally. Be SURE to keep records of all documents and conversations. Remember, in Texas, it's LEGAL to record your conversations, whether on the phone or in person. If you want to live someplace with cockroaches, plumbing issues, an onsite dumpster with more trash around it than in it, and a completely apathetic and predatory management company, call Professional Services Property Management, and ask about 4710 Munger.
