You deserve to love your home. It makes it much easier to love your home when its filled with other great people.
THE PLACE:
This room can be kept furnished as pictured or furniture removed.
My home is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood in Dallas with a large park at the end of the street. Plenty of parking is available for free on the street, a spot in my garage is negotiable. My home is well kept and the neighbors are very nice.
YOU:
This room is ideal for a working professional like myself, or a mature grad student.
I accept roommates who are mindful of the shared environment and keep a sparkling clean inviting home. This is a roommate listing, as such this home is not suitable for drugs, parties, or kids.
ABOUT ME:
I'm a licensed medical professional who moved to Dallas in 2019. I'm from Boston most recently. Easy going, organized and very clean. I enjoy sharing my home with others and meeting people from around the world, trying new foods, travel, reading and bike riding.
LOCATION:
15 minutes to almost anywhere in the metroplex: DFW, Love Field, Downtown, Uptown, Medical district, shopping malls, etc. Dallas is now 600 square miles and growing - our main airport is bigger than the entire island of Manhattan! Location is everything in a place this big.
Immediate access to Interstates I-635 and I-35 makes joyrides and commutes simple and very doable. Minutes from Las Colinas and the country club.
LEASE OPTIONS:
This room is rented month to month. Longer term leases are available for the right fit.
AREA:
Large park and free rec center by the house. A ton of food, grocery stores, shopping centers, IMAX movie theatre, and gyms right here.
UNIQUE VALUE:
Professional adult roommates in a fantastic neighborhood and central location.
The room is cozy/small with its own private exterior entrance, and a doorway to access the rest of the house. If you wish to create more space you could swap out the existing Queen bed for something smaller (perhaps a Twin/Full or pullout loveseat). For a dedicated workspace you can replace the TV stand with a desk.
