As someone pretty new to the Cincinnati area, I am so happy I was able to stumble upon RiverHaus. People pretty new to Cincinnati tend to look to the Banks and Newport right away, but Covington was the perfect mix of being close to everything, but not in the middle of all the chaos. All of the small shops, restaurants, and bars on Mainstrasse give you everything you need if you want to stay close to home. You are also just a quick walk, scooter, or uber to downtown or Newport. I was also lucky enough to be the first resident in my apartment due to RiverHaus only being a few years old. For the price, you cannot beat how much space you get in your apartment. The square footage of my apartment would have gone for $200-$300 more per month anywhere else near the city. Parking is also half the price you will find anywhere near downtown. Lastly, I cannot talk enough about the amenities or community. I met so many fantastic people at the pool or just in other areas of the complex. Even though I have moved away, I've met so many friends there and plan on visiting any chance I get.

Excellent experience with management so far which makes a big difference. Khyla was very helpful, She went above and beyond to make sure i am all good. Great location and complex. Moved into a clean apt. Has pool and gym with sufficient supplies and hours. Would recommend

I have lived here almost a year and they have been wonderful. I moved from Florida and had to rent sight unseen and they made things run seamlessly. They are fast at getting back to you and answering questions. Everyone goes above and beyond to do what you need and are always friendly. I would 100% recommend living here to anyone. You are right in the heart of everything and a short jump over to Cincinnati.
