Hallie has been a great help since Ive applied to move into The Avenue. She truly made me feel as if I was moving into a new home, not just a new apartment like most places do. My mother and I instantly fell in love with the community, and the place she showed us, but also felt safe, and important. I am so looking forward to moving in soon, and cannot wait to refer the Avenue to many others. Thank you Hallie for everything youve done!!

Just moved in a few days ago, we toured a few different places and they weren't quite right. Once we got here and met Hallie, she made us feel right at home! She made the application process effortless and we couldn't be more satisfied. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained as well as the other amenities. We had a few minor maintenance issues at the beginning, but they got here within 10 minutes of calling and fixed them right away. Highly recommend The Avenue at Polaris!

I was asked by my Company to relocate from Chicago in a short time frame. Being a home owner of a couple of homes and never renting, this was a very big change of living and very challenging. The Avenue of Polaris was my first choice after lots of research. Its an upbeat community with lots of amenities and more. :) I want to take this opportunity to say this move became the most agreeable and refreshing with Hallie Francis the leasing Consultant. She made this all so smooth her positive attitude makes the world of difference. Hailey bent over backwards to ensure that I had a place I could be proud of and made it all happen. Her patience and a great listener should be an example for all. Thank you Hailey for being you and for making this move an enjoyable one. I just recently relocated from Germany for work. I rented the Appartement before arriving in the States and the whole process had been really uncomplicated, even from far away. I moved in on the 1st of June.Nathaniel had been very nice and welcoming when I first arrived, so was Hallie. I felt in good hands right there and then and I loved the apartment right away! The Lexington is a great unit which is full of light. Hallie has been very patient as well as Nathaniel, answering all my questions and helping me getting settled in! Great experience so far !

I wish there were more stars to give! This experience has been the easiest by far! Im moving to Columbus for a job, and had a few weeks to find a place to live. I spent a weekend visiting properties, but didnt feel like I could call any of them home. I was searching online and found The Avenue at Polaris. The pictures looked beautiful, and decided to call and get more information. I spoke with Hallie, and by the other reviews, I immediately knew I was in GREAT hands. We talked about what I was looking for and set up an appointment. During the appointment I saw the apartment that was available for lease (not the model, the actual apartment!!). Hallie showed me around the community and answered all the questions I had. Im looking forward to moving in! Thank you Hallie!!

We visited for a tour as a walk in. We met with Nathaniel who was able to accommodate us with a great tour of the grounds and apartments. He was very professional and patiently answered a ton of our questions. We have not made our decision about leasing here but wanted to give him recognition for his great customer service. The apartments are beautiful and the grounds are meticulously maintained. They are center hall designed. The club house is also very beautiful.

This is my real gmail account. I went and toured these particular apartments and within the next 2 days I had spoke to a office representative and she had told me thanks for the review but I said to myself I never had left one? So of course I get on here to look and there it is under James c saying that I left it a 5 star and which I did not. So beware probably more than half of these reviews are fake and are from corporate themselves. Thats sad you guys do stuff like that. I certainly would not like to rent from a company like this. Plus they make you have there own internet which is priced higher than your normal cable companies. So beware.

Toured this community as of recent. I initially called and spoke with the Manager Nate. He was extremely professional and covered all of the options that would be available for me and my family. I knew, that I had to come and take a tour of the community. I was instantly greeted by Dominique with a bright smile and out going demeanor. I can truly say, that this is one of the best apartment communities that I have visited thus far. My overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would recommend anyone looking to for a modern apartment home to view the Avenue. Huge thank you, to Dominique.

My gf worked here and was sexually assaulted. After this they did fire him but then had her working with 2 men from the same company and no supervisor was replaced when the old one left. She left for weeks and lacked communication which she admits she shouldnt of done. But she then messaged Alex who was filling in for a supervisor and she told her they would like to have her back and starting next week but she would have to check with her boss. She waited a week and was ignored constantly by both Alex and John and so she wrote a review on here (not mean just stating what I said) and they called her and said they were disappointed she wrote the review and asked her to take it down (which her being the nice lady she is she had already done it) It is their responsibility to make sure she is protected and they failed and then told her THEY WERE DISAPPOINTED IN HER! They are a joke company.

I previously lived here a year ago and moved because I wasnt happy with customer service. Customer service is a REALLY big deal for me. I missed the beautiful apartments at The Avenue and the nice location so I figured Id give them another try. I worked with Hallie the entire time and she was amazing. I instantly decided I was going to move back because of Hallie. She didnt treat me like a customer but like a friend. She went out of her way to show me apartments multiple times because I couldnt decide on what I wanted at first. She ran through ALL my options with me. Told me everything I was going to pay up front and there was never any surprises. Ive been living at The Avenue for over a month now and Ive been loving it. Its comforting knowing if I ever run into issues for whatever reason Ill be in great hands! I love living at The Avenue. It feels like...home!! I mainly worked with Hallie but everyone at the office has been very kind and welcoming during this process for me. I honestly couldnt be any happier. Im glad I made the choice to move back, I cant see myself living anywhere else.

I normally would never get on here to review anyone or any place, but I have lived in many different apartments over the years and have never had such amazing customer service!! Most of my previous leasing offices/landlords have screwed me over in many ways and ignored anything I have ever asked about or brought to their attention. But Hallie, the woman who leased me this apartment, has made sure that any and all concerns or requests of mine are taken care of immediately! And she goes out of her way to find new ways to make each resident feel valued and appreciated. (she loves planning fun free stuff for a of us) Aside from giving you day-to-day examples of how great/helpful she has been, the only thing I can say is if you have any reservations about this company, just go take a tour and Im certain you will see what I mean when I say Hallie is truly on your side as a resident! And....I almost forgot....the apartments are all beautiful! And you cannot beat the location...seriously. As a paying customer: I am so glad I chose this place and if anyone is shopping around or looking for feedback, I have zero regrets and you wont either.

I have just recently moved into the Avenue apartments and I am very pleased so far. I looked for apartments for months but when I came into leasing office and met Hailey she totally convinced me. She worked with me, heard my wants and needs, and delivered on a lot of them. The apartments are updated, quiet, clean, and the location is convient to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, movies and gas stations. I have yet to explore more but so far its been great. Dealing with many apartment leasing agents and maintenance staff in the past I can say by far Hailey and everyone at the Avenue have went above and beyond to get me moved in and supply me with all the information I need. I highly recommend living here.

It had been a struggle for my now husband and I finding an apartment. We had been to so many places disappointed with prices and quality. Luckily one day, my husband decided to check out The Avenue and lone behold they are amazing. Haley at the front office was incredible to us and helped us understand everything they had to offer. They had a special going on at the time which was even more amazing. The apartments are beautiful and updated. Everyone surrounding us seems super nice and personable! If you're looking for a reasonably priced, upgraded apartment in a nice area, this is the place for you! My husband and I are loving it so much!! I definitely recommend asking for Haley when you call or go in to check the place out she's absolutely incredible!

Not only did she spend over an hour showing me the different plans, explaining processes and answering all my million questions...but after ALL that when I really couldn't find exactly what I wanted, she suggested a place she thought would fit what I was looking for and connected me with them!! I will be moving there next month! It's so rare to find someone like Hallie, who could have probably convinced me into renting from her, (because lets be honest, The Avenue is GORGEOUS and incredible), but she truly listened and heard what I wanted and needed and put me as a person above herself and a sale. She deserves all the accolades that exist! Thank you Hallie! You're amazing! I will be referring anyone and everyone I can think of to you!!!

Best of all, they are large pet friendly!! The staff are all very helpful and friendly especially Alex! Alex was professional and answered any questions that I had. We wanted to take time to thank the Avenue for being such an amazing apartment complex. It started with our leasing consultant Hallie who helped us find the PERFECT apartment. She was patient and thorough. She showed us all of the options and helped us decide that The Avenue is the right place for us; that includes the community, the space, and the good people. We haven't had a ton of time to meet everyone, but so far everyone seems nice and welcoming. I'd like to add that I feel safe here. Especially, I like the fact that the community is so well lit. With two dogs, it's nice to have lighting throughout the community to take the dogs on walks at night and in the morning. So far, our experience has been great, and we couldn't recommend it more.

My boyfriend and I have been living at the Avenue for a little over a month now and we love it!! When I first arrived at the complex Hallie was the first person I met. She was so kind, uplifting, and professional I immediately loved the way I felt there. She went out of her way to show me everything I wanted to see and gave me every detail imaginable about the complex. We decided to move in soon after. Ever since moving in Hallie has gone out of her way to help us with anything and everything we have needed. Our apartment is clean and modern and beautiful. The pool, grill, and fire pit set up have been perfect for late summer. The maintenance staff has arrived at the drop of a hat if we ever need anything worked on in our apartment. Our utilities are also extremity low thus far. We truly love it here and I want to thank Hallie for going above and beyond to find us the perfect apartment with a pool view and helping us every step of the way anytime I have a question or concern! I highly recommend the Avenue to everyone!

I was going to write a novel based upon my experience at The Avenues, but I doubt that anyone would take the time to read it, so I will keep this short and sweet. Halley and Nate were always very nice, professional, and down to Earth. Maintenance staff were always awesome and reacted in a timely manner. The only issue I had was with Management making me foot the bill for pest inspections and accusing me of bringing pests in from outside. The location of the apartments was great because I could walk to work and you are near everything. However, the cost of my rent was damn near a house payment, so I was motivated to get the hell of out of dodge. If you rent here make sure you understand your rights as a renter. Residents cannot shop around for internet, television, or phone so that is a huge disadvantage. There is only one place to throw your trash away for the entire development and one dog park for everyone. Internet and phone are all tied to one central location so if one apartment goes out all of them do.

From the very first showing from a very warm, caring, and selfless young lady named Hallie, I was very optimistic about my residence at this complex. Much of the time we were here it was still in construction phase and we didnt get to utilize a lot of the mentioned ammenties like pool, running trail, fishing, and dog park (until recently). At times it was frustrating but we enjoyed the apartment itself and our friendly fellow dog loving neighbors. It seems like now that they have new managers things are getting done faster andore efficiently. If it wasn't for needing to move closer to my new job we would stay and give it another year. We and our "fur kids" loved how dog friendly it was. The pool which is still being built is looking really nice and we wish we could have had a chance to use it. The only somewhat negative thing I can think of is the internet being routed through Indiana and not having the option to utilize another service provider. Other than that all my experiences with the staff and maintenance were positive.

I've moved in a little while ago, and so far I'm excited about it. There are plenty of windows, which save money on lighting and a/c (if the weather is nice). When it is warm outside, the wood floors keep it cool enough to give the a/c a break. the closets are a great size, and bathroom tub is huge. In regards to restaurants and stores, it's a matter of minutes, before you reach so many opportunities. There are so many amazing choices of food, and the fashion mall is so close. In regards to repairs, I had to put a work order in for the hose on my kitchen sink. They showed up shortly after, and said it was just stuck on something, fixed it, and went on there way. All in all, i'm excited, and hope that everything works out!

Please think twice and take these reviews very seriously. I chose this apartment after touring 4x because of the location. My FIRST day, move in day, my apartment smelled so bad I could not breath. I had to open the windows, run water in all traps because the maintenance staff didn't! Then I had to take cold showers for a week because they did not turn the hot water on. Then I was told I would have cable up and running because I said it was football playoff weekend and wanted to be able to watch and I was told if I brought in my TV early (3 days prior) it would be installed. Upon arrival, Friday at 6:00, no TV, NO CABLE! Then the manager "LIED" and said it was the "box" and they were working on it. More Lies, because a..the cable company is closed on Saturday and Sundays and the maintenance guy they sell you on who is qualified to fix it" is off on weekends. Then the next week when the maintenance guy came to install cable, Traci said, "Oh no, it wasn't the box, it was a liability issue that Miquel wants you to be here when he installs it." I think that's reasonable except no one called that Tuesday the day I was instructed to bring my TV in or the day I moved it and lied just to get a sale. Then come spring, I went to turn on the AC and no AC. I tried 3 days and went to office and was told, "We just have to turn on the breaker OUTSIDE." This means it had happened to others. Today, Saturday instead of watching the TRIPLE CROWN OR NHL PLAYOFFS I have time to write this over due review because the cable is out and of course the company is closed on weekends so since "Dish" took my box through diagnostic testing and determined it was the actual dish outside, I am unable to have TV for at least 48 hours. And my final favorite was when I blew a fuse, I called emergency maintenance which did respond in 10 minutes on a Friday night. However didn't erase my message so EIGHT DAYS later the younger maintenance guy opened my door and let himself in WITHOUT my permission after I stated I want to be present for any and all maintenance issues. The review where the lady said poor construction, true, floors are uneven but I could live with that but the rest is a nightmare. I only signed a 6 month lease, THANK GOD!! I NEVER UNPACKED FULLY because I knew as soon as I could run....I would bolt. It is too much money not to enjoy your new home. The carpet is nice, island kitchen beautiful but not worth all the other problems.

This place is horrible. Do not move here unless you like getting screwed over. You are essentially paying to have granite countertops and hardwood floors, because the rest of the apartment is the most poorly constructed craftsmanship I've ever seen. Our outlets were installed upside down, the toilet leaked, the floor is uneven, etc. It takes them a week to actually answer your maintenance requests and even then you don't get any sort of notice your issues were fixed. The cable/internet works about half the time and you pay top dollar for it and have no other choice of a company to use. They don't send you any utility bills, but you get charged extra for not paying on time. They want to charge $3000 to break the lease and we are honestly considering it because of how poorly managed and maintained the company is.

Rent is going up $200 in October because they are adding a swimming pool and supposedly "other improvements." We already have been paying expecting these things to be completed last year. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. There is only one dumpster so if you don't live next to it you are screwed. Also it often gets so full people just start throwing bags of trash next to it. You have to buy internet through the apartment, and it is routed through Indianapolis. The most expensive option still sucks, and we have problems with it daily. You will never be able to use Chromecast, but Netflix works alright 85% of the time. The craftsmanship of the building sucks. The sink in our bathroom is crooked, it looks like they cut the granite wrong and decided to throw it in anyway. The granite is the big upsale, but it is the only thing nice in the apartment. The trim is cut to the wrong measurements, and the trim around the doors is several inches from the floor, leaving a big gap. The floors are some kind of really cheap laminate that you can scratch with your fingernail. Do yourself a favor and just drive by and take a look for yourself. Turning in to the complex, the first thing you will notice is the shoddy street sign abomination directing you in. Next look at the columns under the patios, many of them aren't even straight where they hit the concrete blocks they are sitting on. It is lopsided. If you take a tour of the apartment, see if the sinks are properly aligned, or if the back of the toilet is even covering the whole opening of the top bowl. Mine is just sitting on it because the toilet was installed too close to the wall and they just said screw it and left it that way. I have never lived anywhere as carelessly built, and I never will again now that I have learned what to look for. Don't be their next victim, move somewhere else.
