I am a very thankful, pleased resident of Schrock Park Apartments. I've lived here for six years, going into my seventh, and have always found the office staff to be kind and attentive to any needs I've had. The units are reasonably priced, and the mother company, Homestead America, really cares about the looks and upkeep of the complex. If you are looking for a good, peaceful place to live, this is it!

Update... I was wrong the issue is not fixed. The apartment was empty for about 3 months and the floors were not fixed even...

Update... I was wrong the issue is not fixed. The apartment was empty for about 3 months and the floors were not fixed even though they knew there was an issue. Someone fix the floorboards!!!!!!! UPDATE...The issue has been resolved and things are so much better and I am able to sleep now and not be woken up every night and enjoy having peace and quiet in my apartment The upstairs neighbor is making my life a living hell by his pacing and stomping around especially when it happens at 2 and 3 in the morning and can go on for an hour or longer..one time it lasted almost 5 hours...this has been going on for about a year and i have reported it but nothing is being done..i am losing sleep and cannot even relax in my own apartment. I cannot afford one of the renovated apartments here and it was suggested I move to 3rd floor where I would not have an upstairs neighbor ..i am lucky some days to make it to the second floor because of my knee. I liked it here until this started..i hate it here now

Very affordable and nice apartments. If you have a budget thats under a $1000 then this is the best place. Their apartments are decent...

Very affordable and nice apartments. If you have a budget thats under a $1000 then this is the best place. Their apartments are decent and Technicians and office staffs are very helpful.
