Management has made positive changes, lighting on all buildings is better, security patrols have increased, and I haven't seen a car get broken into in over a year. All in all not a bad option for a inexpensive complex.

huh. i had to write because i don't get all the negative reviews. i have lived here 5 years. 2012 to present and i have no intentions of moving. i haven't had any of the problems others have had. no roaches, no bedbugs, no car break-ins. security comes around every night. i like the neighborhood, anything you need to get to is right around the corner., the only thing i saw that was right is that a previous property manager was unnecessarily rude sometimes, but she is gone now.

They are rude , unprofessional and they lie. The area sucks too, my car was broken into while living there. I suggest you look anywhere but here.

Bed bugs, cock roaches, woman in the management office uses her authority to create living hell for those tenants who ask for maintenance issues and bugs to be addressed, they make charges up that they can't substantiate or false (like charging for an animal you don't own month after month) or refusing to fix dripping water faucets while charging the water bill to the tenants. For what they add on in charges, late fees (even when you pay your rent on time), bloated utilities bills, you could easily live in a NICE apartment in Dublin. No security or police presence. Cars broken into routinely with no reponse from management.

Rent goes up every year, car windows get broken out on a weekly basis. Each time I drive through I see another vehicle with plastic covering where glass used to be. No cameras or lights in the parking lot to keep residents vehicles safe. Apartments with a light post in front of it pay to run that light not the management. No phone number for the residents to call besides the general number that has a 3 minute advertisement on "How great of a place this is to live" I would not recommend this place to anyone. Bugs too!
