Our apartments are designed to fit your lifestyle. Choose from studios, 1-bedroom, or 2-bedroom apartments featuring open layouts, high-end finishes, and access to an on-site gym. Enjoy large full kitchen with granite counters and full-size stainless appliances and cabinets for storage. Enjoy in-unit washer/dryers and we are also pet friendly!
To apply, lease terms range from 6 to 18 months. While a credit score of 620 or higher is preferred, applicants with lower scores may still qualify with an increased deposit. Combined income should be at least 2.5 times the rent. Cosigners may be considered for those who do not fully meet the requirements. The application fee is $50 per applicant.
