I currently live at The Preserve and I have enjoyed my 6 months and my awesome apartment with pool view! The managers are so friendly and the maintenance people have helped so much! They even helped me move in my couch and desk! I had a leaky roof which they fixed promptly and kept me updated on the process. They also always greet my dog and pet him! I have had no problems with neighbors or hearing my neighbors, the dog park also has a group that meets in the afternoon where my dog can play when we have some free time. Only thing I could see being better is possibly getting an ice cream truck perhaps Sno-Cone Girl? ;) seriously love it here and will recommend it to anyone who ask!!!!

I have lived in the Columbus, GA area off an on during my career 4 different occasions. This is by far the most elite and luxurious Apartment Complex money can buy. Starting with the apartments themselves, you can not go wrong. The layouts are perfect and always up to date. The Groundskeeper and maintenance team are always on top of any issues that I have had and with a quick work order, they get it done sometimes day of! I was floored by the excellent service that the management team provided me during my stay here. Lisa Adams is hands down amazing and her staff is always cordial and polite. The Amenities to include the gym, pool, hangout and internet cafe are just added bonuses. Thank you for a great experience!

The Preserve at Columbus Park was exactly what my husband and I needed in an apartment complex in Columbus, Ga. The location is close to two major shopping areasColumbus Park and Bradley Parkand its about a 20 minute drive to main post. Tucked away and gated in Exit 10, it was a safe place for our family for 2 years while we lived down here. Lisa and staff were excellentthey were extremely accommodating. The maintenance crew was quick to respond to any issue we hadall minorand they maintained an amazing dog park/walkway for a huge community of dog lovers within the complex. The pool/clubhouse was perfectly maintained as well. We would highly recommend The Preserve in the future!

Worst apartment complex. The management is awful and they clearly only care about receiving money. I spent MONTHS coughing up black dust that was constantly caked on to all of my furniture because maintaince would either ignore the work order to please come fix my air filter, or give me ridiculous excuses as to why I had all this dust. I have also never dealt with a more unprofessional and disrespectful manager than Lisa Adams. Overall extremely disappointed with this complex. The location is great, but the terrible management, lies and disrespect are not worth the few stores and restaurants that are near by. I couldnt have moved out fast enough.

I truly enjoyed my time living here. The staff were all incredibly nice and they always had events going on for the residents. The property was always cleans and well maintained. The units themselves were gorgeous and everything was in spectacular condition upon move in. My only qualm would be the construction going on for the porchs. All the wood was set up in the parking for my building and it was quite inconvenient for my quest and frankly ugly to look at. However this is an issue Im assuming will go away once the construction is completed. Overall an amazing place to live.

The apartments are very nice and in a perfect area but management is terrible. I've lived there 5 months with nothing but noise issues from my neighbors. The manager had the audacity to accuse me of making up the noise. I called the courtesy officer on several occasions and not once did he ever pick up. I would not recommend anyone move in an apartment here other than the third floor because if you have any complaints they will not be addressed or resolved for you. Cancelled my lease 6 months early due to the terrible service I received. I can most definitely afford to move somewhere else and I think the people who work here forget they are providing a service people are paying for and should treat their CUSTOMERS this way.

My wife and I have been living here almost a year now. The staff is amazing. From Lisa, Corey, and Avery at the front office to Jose and James doing grounds and maintenance. This place feels like a home. It's always clean and if there is a issue it's handled in a timely fashion. I have always felt safe living here and never had any issues with the neighbors. Not only did the staff continually act like they were better than everyone else, but after we moved out they would not answer any of our emails. I still have not heard we are getting our deposit back and it has been over a month since we moved out. I would only recommend this place if you can deal with terrible customer service...
