All household pets & assistance animals must go through our third party pet screening service, https://overlookatmidtown.petscreening.com. The cost is $30 per pet.



Woodruff Property Management company follows all ADA Reasonable Accommodation Policies and Fair Housing Laws. Some exceptions to restrictions apply based on individual's needs. Proper documentation required.
