Lived here for 2 years the office management continuously changing, my car was broken into along with several others, my a/c would go out...
Lived here for 2 years the office management continuously changing, my car was broken into along with several others, my a/c would go out every other month and they would only bandaid the problem. The apartments are really old and everything is breaking down and management seems to be confused on how to do their job. People smoking marijuana in the buildings and would come home to that smell stinking up my apartment nothing done about except a letrer in the mail to all residents.

Stay in gateway in one of their duplexes.. It's nice & good priced but these g.d. bay bay kids in the surrounding apartments are aggravating. They like to play on our slope that leads down to our parking & they are so fkn loud & disrespectful. Think I'll be moving after my lease is up just because of these loud ass kids. Playing around our cars n sht... Who tf not raising these jits?

The ladies in the office our always nice and professional and we enjoy our pet friendly community and the maintenance all around has top notch. If you are looking for a good environment and safety try them we did and we love it.

HORRIBLE from day 1! I've a whole notebook full of issues we've had since moving in last spring (of 2010). Maintenance guys are lazy...
HORRIBLE from day 1! I've a whole notebook full of issues we've had since moving in last spring (of 2010). Maintenance guys are lazy and only fix things temporarily and do not leave a note on the door that they were there, even when asked. Staff unfriendly and unprofessional, forgetting your complaint or maint. requests regularly. "Sparkling pool" is filled with metal needles and is either disgusting or bleach filled. "Fitness center" is an aquarium with predators watching. "Car wash" is a water hose. "Laundry center" RUINS clothes. Apartments have not one updated and working appliance. Horribly leaking unfitted windows that suck up your energy bill, etc. I still have things unrepaired for almost a year. Yellow liquid all over walls and ceiling in bathroom, thick gunk in kitchen, and we even used our oven for 6 months, unaware that the whole time there was oven cleaner sprayed in the oven. Were promised free wireless internet, which later we were told was not offered at all. On and on.
