I moved from out of state to 700 Woodrow in 2013 and I love it here! I especially love sitting on the balcony watching the sunset over downtown Columbia. The views are great, fixtures modern and floor plan well designed. Other pluses and reasons which make 700 Woodrow a great place to live: the building is clean and safe. Neighborhood next to unique boutiques and an array of restaurants within walking distance. Free Starbucks coffee machine in lounge available 24/7. And finally staff and property manager, Meredith are very helpful and readily available. When needed all my maintenance requests have been addressed promptly.

I've been living at 700 Woodrow for about 2 years and have loved it. It's a great location, the fixtures and apartments are modern, and the common areas are extremely clean! It's right across from a really great place called Craft and Draft and there's free coffee available at anytime.
The building operations manager is extremely kind and gets to know everyone on a personal level. They run building events which is a nice touch.
Without hesitation I would recommend living here!
